• Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders above Rs. 10,000. Orders below this threshold carry a flat nationwide shipping fee.

• Courier Partners: Orders are fulfilled through verified logistics partners including TCS, Trax, Leopard, and M&P.

• Dispatch Timelines: Orders verified before 3:00 PM PKT are processed for dispatch on the same or next business day (Monday through Saturday).

• Parcel Integrity: All packages are dispatched in sealed tamper-evident packaging. If the seal appears broken upon delivery, please reject the package and contact us immediately.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel and pay the confirmed order amount.

If your order is delayed or you need an update on its delivery, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
